Job Description
-外部会計サービス会社と、通常預金の記録管理および商品のレビューを調整
-四半期、年次会計レポートの作成
-四半期アセットマネジメントレポート作成のアシスト業務
-アンダーライティングモデルのレビューと契約クロージングのアシスト業務
-買収資産管理のワークフロー促進
-事業計画および予算作成のアシスト業務
-負債管理、約款項目のコンプライアンス監視、貸手とのコミュニケーション
-アセットマネジメント会社のオペレーションの監督、月間/四半期報告書のレビュー
-外部サービス会社によるキャッシュマネジメント、支払処理のレビュー
-年末監査および確定申告の準備
-外部税理士との調整
-Coordinating with outside accounting service providers for recordkeeping of investment vehicles as well as reviewing their products
-Preparing quarterly & annual accounting report to the Fund
-Assisting the preparation of quarterly asset management report
-Assisting the deal closing as well as reviewing underwriting model
-Facilitating the workflow of property operation after acquisition
-Assisting the preparation of business plan and budget
-Administration of debt, monitoring the compliance with covenant items and communication with lenders
-Supervising the operation of asset management companies as well as reviewing the monthly/quarterly reports produced by them
-Review of cash management and payment processing by outside service providers
-Assisting year-end audit and tax return preparation
-Communicating with outside tax consultant to discuss tax issues
Required Skills
-ネイティブレベルの日本語力
-英語力があると尚可
-会計知識
-コミュニケーションスキル
-Native level Japanese.
-English skills a plus.
-Demonstrated accounting knowledge.
-Demonstrated communication skills with multiple parties.
