Job Description
私達ビジネステクノロジー部は従来のIT部門とは異なり、よりユーザーに近い立場から私たちのクライアントである医薬事業部門（営業・マーケティング・メディカル・教育部門等）の業務を成功に導くために情報テクノロジー導入の可能性、またはビジネスプロセス改善の必要性を評価し実行に移す部門です。従って私達が業務を進めていくためには、クライアントが彼ら自身の業務目標を達成するために何が必要なのかを分析・理解し、担当クライアントのマネジャーのコンサルタントを務められるような信頼関係の構築が必要です。具体的には社内コンサルタントとしてクライアントに提示するビジネスプロセス改善案のプロトタイプおよびポイントとなるコンポーネントを開発し、これらを基にクライアントと協議し開発アイテムを固めます。本格的な開発に向け医薬ビジネステクノロジー部・社内IT部門・アウトソーサー等から構成される開発プロジェクトを組織・管理し、ビジネスプロセスの改善を図っていくことが日常的な業務となります。
Required Skills
■ 資格・能力要件（必須）Requirements:
・ 学歴：4年制大学卒以上の方
（Computer Science, 経営学、電子工学、数学、物理学等を専攻）
・ ビジネスモデル、ビジネスプロセス分析能力および経験のある方
・ 広範な業務内容を理解・把握できる能力
・ 結果に責任を持てる方
・ 他人の手を介して物事を成し遂げることができる方
・ 必要な場合には、自ら手を染め成し遂げることに喜びを感じる方
・ 日本語と英語両方により高いコミュニケーション力（読み、書き、会話）をお持ちの方
■ 望ましい要件Preferable:
・ ソフトウエア導入と運営（社員トレーニングも含む）経験者
・ 技術に対する熱意があり、技術の利用が楽しいと思う方
（常に新技術を吸収し、新しいアイデアをトライすること）
・ ビジネスに対する熱意がある方
・ チームの一員として喜んで働くことができる方
- Business process development with knowledge of IT implementation.
- Minimum 3 years experience in business analysis, process analysis.
