Position overview:
As a Business Auditor you will be carrying out Audits across the Asset Management business in the whole Asia region.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in all aspects of audits including risk assessments, audit planning, audit testing, control evaluation, report drafting and follow up and verification of issue closure.
· Partner with colleagues, stakeholders and control community members to evaluate, test and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of management controls. Accordingly, providing the appropriate recommendations for improvement.
· Partner with technology auditors to ensure that there is an integrated approach to audit coverage.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends.
· Develop and maintain business relationships to monitor changes in the control environment.
Required Skills
· 10 years audit experience.
· Strong knowledge of the Asset Management industry.
· Understanding of the Japan regulatory requirements is a plus.
· Fluent Japanese and English.
