Job Description
1. 品質管理機能のあるアプリケーションの設置と遂行とその管理。品質管理機能の保証と持続的な三元主義に基づく改善、そして適切で迅速な期間内の業務遂行
2. 品質管理における幅広い知識、統計の知識。さまざまな対策を用いて、問題を矯正、その再発防止
3. プロジェクト検証委員の議長を務め、プロジェクトの進行具合に対する権限の付与。そのプロジェクト管理委員としてマネージメント会議に参加
4. マネージングディレクターとして品質状況に対する責務
部門統括マネージャーの補佐
5. 全品質管理魂を常に念頭においたVUTにおける遂行OJT: すべての重要な局面において、三元主義の文化を用いた、管理部門と他の部門にわたる研修の実施
6. すべての社内にわたる三ヵ年品質向上計画の年に一度の準備の際に、先導の役割を果たす。経常経費と設備投資の年次予算の設定とその管理
1. Sets-up, implements and evaluates application of the quality system. Guarantees the quality system in his field and ensures continuous improvement with the “Sangenshugi” mindset and structures standards in all activities to work according to “right first time”
2. Excellent knowledge of quality tools. Applies tools for corrective and preventive actions. Applies with rigor on shop floor with facts and data, the relevant tools
3. Chairs to the Project Validation Committee and authorizes the project phases passing. Participates to the management meeting and he is a member of the Project Management Committee
4. Assists Division Managing Director and plays key role in implementing 'Total Quality Management Spirit' including maintaining at all times the philosophy of Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) throughout the organization. 'Total Customer Satisfaction' is ultimate goal
5. OJT (on the job training): Teach and coach the management and others department on best practice and have the “sangenshugi” culture applied on daily issues
6. Play a lead role in the annual preparation of a three-year Quality Improvement plan, which covers all areas of the Company. Establishes and controls annual budgets for operating expenses, capital investments
Required Skills
1. 機械工学関連の学士号取得者、または同等資格取得者(必須)
2. 機械工学関連の修士号取得者、または同等資格取得者（優遇）
3. 品質管理と問題解決に関するトレーニング経験者
4. ３～５年にわたる製造業における品質管理経験者
5. 自動車用の部品関連会社での管理部門経験者（優遇）
1. Engineering Degree or equivalent (required)
2. Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent (preferred)
3. Training in quality systems and problem solving techniques
4. 3 - 5 years quality related experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
5. Experience with automotive related company in a management capacity (preferred)
