Job Description

This position, leading the Communication Office of our company in Japan, is responsible for external communications as well as internal communication affairs. The expectation of the position is to maximize understanding of our company’s business activities and value-add contribution, and to maximize recognition of its corporate value in society, through external communications tools and materials, and also to enhance communication of our company’s corporate culture throughout the Group companies (and newly added subsidiaries).
Activities include;
1) External communications tools and materials; Corporate Website, Brochures and other explanatory materials, Videos, Presentations, some Trade Advertising, Photo Library etc
2) Organising stands at Exhibitions, and any similar programs I events
3) Coordinating Media enquiries and related support: FAQs, Press Kits, Value-Add documents
4) Internal staff PR activities; Organizing / Supporting our group companies' activities
5) Intra-Group Communication; Newsletter, news Information sharing, etc.
6) Global/Regional communication mailers; importing and deploying our company’s corporate value into Japan.
7) CSR activities: applying our company’s educational initiatives in local communities etc
Requirement
1) Experience of work in communications department in medium or large company (Japanese or international)
2) Experience of management position
3) High skills in Planning, executing, negotiation and implementation
4) Good personality & Communication Skills
5) Business use level proficiency in English
