Job Description

Support for the TOMS and FIT products are provided by a dedicated support team whose goal is to provide the highest level of customer care to our Bloomberg clients. As a Trade Desk Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external users and take ownership of issues from question through to resolution, liaising with sales, business and R&D to accomplish your task

Bloomberg is looking for candidates that are highly motivated, ready for a challenge and that can equal Bloomberg’s high energy environment. As part of the Trade Desk Support team you will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the TOMS&FIT system including a broad range of functionality and Bloomberg’s interaction with the world of electronic trading.

•Must be fluent in English and Japanese
•Korean skills is a plus
