Job Description
Primary responsibilities:
- Lead project teams through all phases of a project.
- Plan and execute projects for completion on schedule and within
budget.
- Monitor deliverables and identify delays and alternative solutions
to keep the project on schedule.
- Identify and analyze risks and issues
- Estimate required resources. Re-forecast periodically through the
project life cycle
- Work with staffing manager to acquire and retain necessary
resources.

- プロジェクトすべてのフェーズを通した指揮
- プロジェクト完了までのスケジュールを予算内で計画、実行
- プロジェクトの予定通りの進行を管理し、遅延を発見し、予定通りに進行させるために代わりの解決策を提案する
- リスクと問題を突き止める
- 必要なリソースを予測。プロジェクトのライフサイクルを通し、定期的に予測する。
- スタッフィングマネージャーと協力し、必要なリソースを確保する

Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
- PMP or ITIL certified (Six Sigma a plus)
- 3 years + solid IT related Project Management experience
- Team Management / Vendor Management experience
- 日本語と英語にて高いコミュニケーション能力
- ＰＭＰ又はＩＴＩＬ保持者 （Ｓｉｘ Ｓｉｇｍａ尚可）
- 3年以上のＩＴプロジェクトマネージメントの経験
- チームマネージメント・ベンダーマネージメントの経験
