Job Description
-Insure all operational HR functions are unified and up to date
-Strategy planning for labor issues and benefit packages
-Oversee the below processes:
-Compensation and benefit functions
-Perform procedures accompanied with raise in salary
-Calculate/Pay salaries, bonuses, other benefits, retirement money and pension, etc.
-Conduct year-end adjustments of income and local taxes
-Manage working hours/holidays/leaves of absence from duty
-Preparing/maintaining various welfare programs/facilities
-Notify various issues （work rules and labor-management agreement, etc.) to the authorities concerned and respond to the guidance of them
Required Skills
-Good knowledge/experiences in HR Database (SAP / PeopleSoft, etc.)
-Strong people management skills/experiences, including appraisals
-Project Management experiences, including the implementation of global
initiatives
-At least 1 year of experiences in Recruiting/Training or as HR
Generalist
-Experiences in negotiating with Union would be a big plus
would be preferred.
-Very good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
-Very strategic, innovative, and business-oriented
