＜Responsibilities＞
- 適切なゴール設定ならびにゴール達成のためのアクションの立案と実行。
- サポートエンジニアの育成ならびにキャリアの支援。
- 複雑かつ困難な問題発生時に、関連部署及びお客様との折衝と調整を行い問題解決に導く。
・チームスピリットの醸成。

Required Skills

- プロジェクトマネジメント経験、またはチームリーダー経験2年以上。
- エンジニアの育成、強いチームを作るための指導力。
- 状況に応じた柔軟な発想を行えること。
- 複雑な案件において、お客様を初めとした関係者の問題を解決するために最善の選択ができる、高い理解力と判断力。
- Business Goalを理解し、適切なBusiness Metricsを選択、またそれを分析できる論理的な思考ができること。
