Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Responsible for all Catalog business, developing new channel and supporting the reinforcement of Sell team activity to achieve the sales target
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage Catalog business:
- Analyzing Catalog market trend by Sound Scan/Gfk data
- Cooperating with CatMan/Retail Direct team to clarify market need and issue
- Make the implementation plan for the catalog national promotion as a liaison between Marketing and Sales
- Make the catalog promotion by key accounts
- Coordinate with Sell Group Manager to activate all executions and each key account plan
- Manage “New Catalog Campaign”:
- Check the progress by customer/campaign title
- Find the issue and gap vs. the milestone
- Make the recovery and execution plan
- Communicate with Key Account manager
- Seeking the New Channel/Retailer plan to retailer to expand the sell through market
JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education
College graduate is must. BA/BS degree.
Knowledge/Skills
General PC skills (Ward, Excel and Power point)
Good command of English ability is preferable.
Work Experience
Sales experience (any type of) is essential. More than 5-year sales experiences are advantage.
