We are currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join our Sales and Marketing/Consumer group. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build new candidate relationships focusing on the IT industry.
* Acquire candidates using a variety of methods including cold-calling, networking, web searching, and advertising.
* Pre-screen candidates to best insure they meet the requirements.
* Gather necessary information from candidates (salaries, budgets, size of teams, etc.).
* Do market research for different companies.
* Know the market - gather information through building relationships with relevant professional bodies, attending trade shows and related events, and reading market and business information.
* Input candidate information on the recruitment database and ensure the integrity of that information.
* Ensure that the candidate source sites are updated regularly.
REQUIREMENTS
* Either previous recruiting experience in Consumer or industry experience strongly preferred (but will consider candidates with general sales experience.
* Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel both in person and over the phone.
* Bilingual English/Japanese (native level English and business level Japanese or vice versa also acceptable).
* Proven track record of delivery (quality opposed to quantity).
* Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
* Must be tenacious, highly motivated, a self-starter with a bright, enthusiastic personality and willing to take initiative without supervision.
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Desire to build a team and grow business
* Ability to work in an international environment (preferably with experience overseas).
* Above all a high passion to succeed, and a strong desire to succeed and exceed expectations.
