Job Description
-Drawing up the HR objectives and execution plan of the year in line with HR & GA strategy
-Ensuring the full and successful implementation of the key issues planned for the year
including:
oRecruiting planned new employees
oEducation and training
oCompensation, social securities and fringe benefits
oCorporate regulations and HR systems, etc.
-Developing subordinates by planning and implementing mid-long-term education plan
Required Skills
-At least 5 years of leading experiences of small sized HR or related functions
-Knowledge on management in general
-HR related specialized knowledge on recruiting, education, compensation and HR system
-Labor related laws and regulations
-Skills of Strategic planning, collecting information
-Skills of facilitation, coaching, negotiation and presentation
-English capable of making presentation and discussions at the group meeting
