Job Description
-Manage project planning and implementation process following the Division’s project management guidelines
-Provide administrative/professional HR support to Division Director and other Managements as necessary
-Execute disciplinary procedures with Division Managements to avoid legal risk
-Assist Managements in handling performance and other individual employee issues
-Ensure appropriate performance management procedures are in place in all sections
-Liaise closely with the Marketing Department for headcount planning for budget
Required Skills
-Basic understanding of Japanese labour/employment law
-Project management skills desirable
-High level of integrity and widely-trusted
-Can take a consulting and counseling approach rather than one who needs vested power or authority
-PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
