Job Description

-Responsible for all recruitment process
-Recommend organizational development
-Responsible for an implementation of World-wide performance and potential review system
-Responsible for smooth implementation of compensation system and propose new scheme such as incentive programs, respecting pay for performance policy
-Assess the morale of employees though interviews and make recommendations on its improvement
-Prepare HR budget and manage/control HR costs and Headcount
-Responsible for monthly reporting of headcount and movements
-Review and revise Rules of Employment
-Identify training needs, propose and administrate appropriate programs
-Improve internal communication regarding HR through Internal Publications, employees’ gathering, etc.

Required Skills

-Experience in multiple areas in HR field
-Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
-Strong administration skills
-Leadership, integrity, open-minded, adaptability to international working environment, quick learner
