Job Description
Project Manager / business Analysis of Equity trading applications. Order execution systems. Program trading applications. Strategy trading application. Off market crossing engine (exchange). Position keeping systems. Trade Reporting and front office booking applications. FIX DMA trading systems. Project management of key projects. Coordination with regional IT teams. Regular and clear communication with traders. Management of a work book. Gathering and documenting of new requirements from traders.
Required Skills
Required:
familiarity with Equity trading environments/systems/situations. Good communication skills; fluent English is essential.
Useful:
Good Japanese language skills; Good technical skills (Unix, Windows, SQL, Excel); Good knowledge of databases, networks & servers. Also useful: Familiarity with FIX and prior experience in FIX support is an advantage. Experience in Japanese vendor systems e.g. TradeNet, Smartbridge, XNET, I-STAR.
Strong analytical and communication skills required, as are project management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Should enjoy working closely with the business in a trading environment. Should be a team player that is able to work with people across different departments, countries and region.
