Job Description
Quality Assurance testing of Equity trading applications. Order execution systems. Program trading applications (strategy trading application, off market crossing engine (exchange)). Position keeping systems. Trade reporting and front office booking applications. FIX DMA trading systems. Some business analysis of Equity trading systems. Project management of key projects. Coordination with regional IT teams. Regular and clear communication to traders. Management of a QA book of Work. Gathering and documenting of test cases from traders.
Required Skills
Required:
Familiarity with Equity trading environments/systems/situations. Good communication skills;
fluent English is essential.
Japanese skills of at least conversational level
Useful:
Good Japanese language skills (at least conversational skills required);
Good technical skills (Unix, Windows, SQL, Excel);
Good knowledge of databases.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, good project management skills required. Ability to work under pressure (required).
Useful: enjoy working closely with the business in a trading environment. Useful: Team player that is able to work with people across different departments, countries & regions.
