Job Description
提供する航空輸送サービスの積極的拡販に努め、売上利益目標を達成すること。
-日最低4件の顧客訪問を目標とすること。 新規顧客開拓、既存顧客に対する新サービス提案、営業機会の創出を通じて達成する事。
-2週先の営業訪問計画の策定、及び顧客ごとの中·長期的営業戦略の策定をすること。
-営業成績を進捗管理する評価指標の自己管理、管理部門・ビジネスデベロップメント部門と営業情報の共有(Sales Pipeline Reportを通して)、アクションプランの策定をすること。
-プライシングデスク・管理部門と連携し、顧客への見積書・提案書を作成、提示をすること。
*Deliver individual sales target through own sales activities - performance will be measured on contribution margin level
*Gain and maintain up-to-date knowledge about all products (Ocean Freight, Air Freight and Landside Service) to achieve sales and volume target. This will be monitored through weekly/monthly reports and ongoing discussion with sales manager.
*Contribute to achieve/exceed team sales target through individual performance.
*Make at least 4 client visits per day - basically always be on the road hunting for new business.
*Achieve other agreed target Key Performance Indicatiors (KPI) and ensure weekly follow-up / report to sales manager.
Required Skills
-At least 5 years experience as forwarder sales (ocean and landside side service)
-native Japanese and good English
