Job Description
As the Technical Analyst for the Sun Accounting and the Budget & Financial reporting systems, perform administrative maintenance (Systems Administrator role), partcipate in/perform upgrade projects, UATs, audits, DR tests, systems monitoring, debug research, etc.
Coordinate within the team to ensure the systems are maintained and available to business staff. Support additional licensed package software as requested (Treasury, Dyna, Argus), and the company intranet as needed.
Required Skills
Advanced: Systems Union - SUN accounting systems, SUN Vision, MS SQL server, MS Excel , VBA Macro programming
Intermediate: MS office and MS Project, Dyna/ ARGUS
Must possess bilingual skills English & Japanese (other Asian language would be a plus). Problem solving analytical skills
Work well with diverse individuals. Able to balance technical solutions with time, cost, and human factors
Interpersonal/relationship building skills. Flexibility and adaptability -adapts to changing priorities. Obvious involvement in self education and development. High personal work standards
Strong overall communication skills, including verbal, written and listening.
Experienced with SUN systems and Vision interface implementation and maintenance
Experience in maintaining and interfacing with MS SQL server and access database.
Experience in adhering to IT policies, practices, implementation of SDLC & PM Methodologies, CMM/SIX Sigma.
Ability to use several desktop tools, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
Experienced in developing test plans and organizing and planning user acceptance testing and data migration.
