Primary positions sought:
- Mainframe Engineering and Operations Director
- Wintel and Unix Operations Director
- IT Problem Management Director
- Help Desk / End User Support Director

Required Skills
The successful candidates should have the following:
- Strong team leadership and people management skills (experience
leading a team of 30+ people in a Japanese environment is a plus)
- Strong bilingual communication skill in both English and Japanese
- Strong technical skill in the areas of Unix/ Wintel/ and
Infrastructure are a must
- Strong time management skills
- Proactive in identifying process gaps and following to resolution
- Good analytical, problem solving skills and detail orientated
- Drive and initiative to identify situations that require attention
and acting upon it.
