Job Description

- Managing Mainframe Engineering and Operations staff in Japan
- Hands-on middleware support
- Mainframe operations consisting of production and expediting and
print operations.
- Coordination of hardware upgrades and software installations

Required Skills

- Experience managing of IBM based mainframe systems
- Mainframe team management experience in a financial / insurance based environment (over 10 engineers)

- IBM z/OS based mainframe systems experience.
- Good communication skills. Ability to give company presentations and meetings in both English and Japanese
