Job Description
Position based in Tokyo
We are seeking for experienced professionals to join our Tokyo based executive search team. Candidates who are strong in B2B sales/industry knowledge and want to advance their career to executive search industry are welcome to email us your updated resumes.
Responsibilities:
1) Candidate Management – telephone and face to face interviews to assess strengths, manage expectations, brief on roles and advise on interview techniques.
2) Client Development – strategic planning and tactical implementation of a client attraction and retention strategy
3)Nurturing trustworthy relationships with leading global organisations and develop them into our key business partners
Required Skills
Your profile will be:
- Strong desire & confident in closing deals, while instilling the trust required for repeat business

- Comfortable with cold calling and networking
- Broad knowledge of industrial sector (industrial, automotive,semiconductor, IT, technology, healthcare, chemical, FMCG etc)
