Job Description
・The position heads Manufacturing Services for Patni Computer Services in Japan and would be responsible for client acquisition in manufacturing
・Work closely with the offshore project, practice, staffing teams to manage and grow the existing relationships
・Build strategic alliances
・Leverage local contacts and capabilities to provide solutions to the customers
・The incumbent would work with defined Marketing budgets and operate in the defined territory
・Create and build an image as a leading player in Japan
Growth Potential:
・Opportunity to handle other territories (e.g. China, Korea,Taiwan)
Required Skills
・Must have a proven track record of handling a Business Development role in Japan
・For a Japanese national based in Japan, it is important to speak fluent English
・Must have a strong cultural affinity with Japan
・Prior experience of handing outsourcing deals in this vertical is mandatory
・Must have a demonstrated ability to handle large deals ad accounts
・Must be able to adhere to organization values of Integrity, Commitment, Passion, Speed and Seamlessness
