Job Description

Our client, a foreign Multinational is an employer of choice within the Healthcare sector. They currently have a vacancy for a Commercial Training Manager, Japan to organise, assist and implement key programs, develop and organise commercial training initiatives and measure the impact of training. The position will work closely with commercial businesses & human resources to set priorities, develop implementation plans and execute those plans for the customer-facing teams.

Working with the Commercial Training Director Asia Pacific & Commercial business leaders in Japan the incumbent will establish and maintain standards of knowledge in each particular business unit area.
Assessing commercial training needs you will implement commercial training programs that significantly raise the level of product, therapy, sales skills, sales coaching, account management, marketing skills in the commercial organisation. You will also manage regional commercial training administration, analysis reports, training tracking as well as deliver leadership skills training for commercial organizations and provide coaching to the commercial managers to ensure effective implementation of the programs. Finally you will actively be involved in organisational design & development with HR department for commercial businesses to ensure organisational alignment & sales force effectiveness.

We are seeking a individual with a track record of commercial training / leadership training. Educated to degree level you will have the ability to manage multiple, complex projects in a matrix organization. Whilst experience within the Healthcare sector is an advantage our client is open to candidates from all industrial sectors.
