· The candidate will have a role as a business analyst, to provide business analysis, system solution, project coordination, and user support, in IT project environment. S/he shall work with business users and system development team effectively and efficiently; to ensure that production issues and business requests are communicated and documented clearly in timely manner
· The candidate should always have proactive attitude and strong motivation to face both
business and technical challenges. S/he shall be comfortable to work in a multiple task
environment and demonstrate the ability to develop the leadership in an IT organization.
· The candidate will also have a role as a system coordinator between business unit and IT
operation team. S/he must be a detail-oriented and well-organized team player.
· At this moment, we are looking for three persons:
- Junior Business Analyst
- Mid-level Business Analyst
- Senior Business Analyst

· Insurance knowledge with system development experiences
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Strong communication and internal consulting skills
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
· Excellent documentation skills and training experiences
· A quick learner, enthusiastic self-starter with roll-up your sleeve attitude
· Self-motivated person in a fast-paced environment
