We have an opportunity as IT Audit Manager in our Audit & Assessment group in our client’s IT Quality & Compliance (Q&C) organization. The audit group within Q&C provides the independent QA audit function, as required by regulatory authorities, to provide objective feedback to ITS management about the quality and compliance level of the infrastructure services delivered to company Operating Companies, to reduce overall ITS risk from a regulatory and company policy perspective. Responsibilities for this group include, but are not limited to:
· Internal ITS Audits/Assessments of Programs, Processes and Technology Areas
· Hosting Regulatory Agency Inspections
· Hosting company internal inspections for internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley and mock GxP audits
· Evaluating corrective actions
· Assure that any issues that may have an impact on quality are resolved.
· Partner with Operational Compliance to ensure quality and compliance is understood, implemented and maintained within processes, technology areas and projects.
· Reduce overall ITS regulatory risk
· Minimum of 5 years of industry or 3-4 years regulatory experience or equivalent expertise or education to meet the expectations of the job and be recognized within IT Compliance.
· Industry work experience within a regulated environment, preferably healthcare.
· Experience in auditing an IT environment, preferably with infrastructure projects.
· Understanding of regulations/guidelines concerning GxPs and Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Familiarity with industry guidance such as GAMP and COBIT.
· Computer systems validation knowledge and experience working in a qualified/validated environment.
· Knowledge/experience in operations environment a plus
· Experience in process design, development and continual improvement a plus
· CISA, ISO, ASQC or other audit certification a plus.
· Experience in auditing computer infrastructure environments is an asset
· Certifications ISO, CobiT, ITIL a plus
· The successful candidate should possess an influential personal style, negotiating skills to effectively interact/network: also as a liaison and team facilitator.
· You are pragmatic, a doer with a sense for details.
