Job Description
A major American biotechnology company seeks a recruiting manager to handle staffing, recruiting and hiring in central Tokyo. Falling world markets have little effect on biotech, which is growing rapidly.

Work in a strong HR Recruiting team to recruit candidates for highly skilled roles.
Organize new graduate recruiting cycles
Handle mid-career recruiting projects
Draft contracts, arrange salary information, interview candidates
Work closely with upper management to display personnel needs
Work in a fast paced, international company with rapid growth.
This position is being created because the organization is expanding very rapidly. Company top management need to have regular reports on current staffing levels and future staffing needs so this is a key position in the company. Job duties will also involve planning of the recruiting strategy and increasing knowledge of Human resources.
We are looking for someone who would be comfortable working in a fast moving international and global company.
