- Primarily based in Tokyo, but will be required to travel to Miyagi a few times a month.
- Expected to develop and Implement a growth strategy.
- Develop and Train plant finance staff.
- Implement and maintain internal, financial and inventory controls.
- Control Spending and confirm cost reductions through the implementation of suitable tools.

- Looking for a candidate with a strong Business acumen, and had previous success in Business Development.
- Fluent Japanese and Business Level English.
- Comprehensive Understanding of US GAAP and JGAAP
- 6-12 Years Experience, ideally in a non Japanese firm and manufacturing.
- Hands on attitude to all processes
