仕事内容:
・製品のテスト計画の立案、実行、およびレポートの作成
・プロジェクトの進捗管理。
・チーム内のリソース管理。
・ベータユーザもしくは OEM ユーザからのバグ報告の管理。

* 上記を米国本社、アジア、およびその他の地域のメンバと連携して遂行。

Duties:
・ This position is responsible for running and building tests that ensure the quality of his/her assigned products within the scope of his/her training and expertise.
・ Creating test plans of company’s product, execution, and reports
・ Progress management of projects.
・ Resource management in QA team.
・ Management of bug reports from beta user or OEM user.

* The above-mentioned is accomplished in cooperation with the United States headquarters, Asia, and members in other regions.

・ソフトウェアの開発工程（設計、開発、テスト）、サーバーアプリケーションの品質管理、もしくはテクニカルサポートなどの経験が３年から５年ある方

* ソフトウェアテスティングの知識
・経験があれば、なお可。

・OS（Windows, Linux）、データベース（Oracle、MS-SQL、MySQL)、アプリケーション（MS-Exchange、Lotus Domino)に関する基礎知識、使用経験があり、インストール、N/W設定等の環境セットアップができること。

* 構築・運用の経験があれば、なお可。

・ハードウエア（特にストレージ機器）に関する基礎知識、使用経験があり、インストール、N/W設定等の環境セットアップができること。

* 構築・運用の経験があれば、なお可。

・問題点を論理的に分析でき、要点をわかりやすく、かつ速やかに伝える能力のある方。
・自発的にかつ迅速に新しい技術を習得できる方。
・コミュニケーション能力の高い方。
・自らの力で業務を遂行し、やり通す意思を持っている方。

・体系的なアプローチを用いたテストフローの策定や、テスト仕様書
・テストレポートの作成を行ったことのある方。
・ソフトウェアの国際化、およびローカライゼーションに関する知識。
・日本語入力や言語処理に関する知識。
・ソフトウエアオートメーションテストの知識や使用経験がある方。

Requirements:
・ Typically 3 to 5 years in a related role. QA testing experience preferred.
・ Has experienced Server (UNIX or Windows), database (DB2, Oracle, MS SQL, SAP, etc.) or application (Exchange, Lotus Notes, etc.) development/administration a plus.
・ Has experienced storage projects/administrations a plus.
・ Ability to follow and report exactly as described in test cases/procedures.
・ Ability to determine sufficiency of test cases/procedures to ensure high product quality.
・ Ability to write test cases/procedures to an approved specification.
・ Excellent trouble shooting skills.
・ Computer operating system, appropriate subsystems and test tool knowledge.
・ Has an understanding of multiple hardware (NAS, Fibre Channel, etc) and OS platforms (Windows, Linux, UNIX)
・ Has experienced automation testing development a plus.
・ Demonstrates an understanding of coding languages.
