·To work closely with client group and vendor (as appropriate) to fulfill recruitment need in a timely and efficient manner;
·To coach on interviewing skills and techniques, monitor and assure hiring quality and compliance;
·To coordinate and conduct new hire orientation program to ensure new hires are familiar with company values, conduct and philosophy and aware of company’s development opportunities, resources and tools;
·To design and deliver coaching, mentoring and communication programs as so to assist talent to grow and develop;
·To partner with local management to respond to corporate initiative in respect of performance management, performance development and succession planning;
·To act as trainer for the Company’s Competency-Development Program;
·To work with the Compensation and Benefits Specialist to communicate employees’ benefits;
·To facilitate organization development initiatives and help organization to adjust to change; and
·To develop processes to understand employees’ needs and propose solutions to enhance staff retention and organization capability.

-Degree holder and 10 years relevant experience
-Excellent communication in English and Japanese
-Flexible, mature, sensible and has a strong passion to help people to develop
-Semiconductor industry experience essential
