Job Description
Provide HCM system consulting services to clients, such as technical explanations and presentations, and benefit simulation exercises at pre-contract stage, as well as business process improvement and productivity analysis at post-contract stage.
Required Skills
Successful candidates are likely to have a strong understanding of HR processes, and how HRM solutions can automate tasks and improve efficiency within the division. A overall understanding of ERP software and experience in development of business systems related to HR would be useful.
Candidates should be highly fluent or native Japanese speakers, and have an enough confidence in English to communicate via email.
