
Executive Assistance to Country Manager
Manage Customer Appointments and relationship with high level Customers.
Co-ordinate Internal Meetings and Internal Information/Communication
Keeping the time management, appointments, Administrative and other logistic support for various sales and branding activities
Interaction with corporate office (india)
Assist in Sales and Customer activities
Contribute to improvement in Office Operation and Management
- Well versed MS-Outlook express, mails interaction. Must be well versed with MS Excel for generating various reports
- Strong administrative and secretarial support skills for overall office environment
- Strong co-ordination and communication skills with various senior levels like CEO, CFO and Managers
- Should have an experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant role for seniors
- Well versed with managing time schedules, appointments, Travel arrangements, booking and logistics
- Attentive and Mature Personality, with gentle and sincere customer attitude.
