-Non-life and life reinsurance business.
-Reinsurance of mortality and morbidity business from life insurance companies and Kyosais.
-Reinsurance and financing of direct marketing campaigns (basically personal accident business).
-Direct reporting line to our Hong Kong based operation, some cases refer directly to the home office.

The first four are the “must have criteria”:
-Japanese
-qualified actuary, FIAJ
-reasonable English language skills (the candidate likes to work and to communicate in English)
-marketing minded, interested in a marketing function

-years of experience in the Japanese life insurance industry
-Actuarial consulting firm and/or
-Reinsurance company and/or
-Multinational life insurance company
-interested in leading and managing people
