1. Ensure monthly shipment meets sales plan with strong leadership
2. Pursue objectives and targets along with Pacific Operations strategies
3. Develop and improve the production team in order to implement the strategies. Create harmonious partnership internal within the company and also other subsidiaries
4. Good collaboration with supply chain management functions effectively
5. Lead in the training and motivation of production employees so that they will be enthusiastic, quality-minded and success-oriented
6. Report to Regional Manager and Pacific Operations Manager

1. 工業学学位取得者
2. 20年以上の製造会社での職務経験者
3. プロダクションマネージャーとしての10年以上の経験をお持ちの方
4. 優れたリーダーシップおよび部下の管理能力が備わった方
5. ISO9001およびISO14001の知識をお持ちの方
6. リーンまたはシックスシグマ経験者（尚可）
7. レポート分析業務可能なコンピュータースキルをお持ちの方
8. 日本語および英語にてビジネスレベルスキルをお持ちの方

1. Engineering degree qualification
2. 20 years and above working experience in manufacturing company
3. More than 10 years experience of Production Manager
4. Strong leadership and labor management
5. Knowledgeable of ISO9001 and ISO14001
6. Lean and/or six sigma experience is a plus
7. Good computer skills, capable of reporting, analysis and presentation purposes
8. Language Skills: Japanese and English - business level
