Overall Objective of Role

・Process Customer Inward / outward remittance jobs and foreign remittance (Commercial payment and FX-related payment etc. via SWIFT, FXYCS) and domestic remittance (Zengin) jobs
・Check and Save Account maintenance (Open/Close)
・Support/communicate with front office for their new businesses/activities

Main Duties / Responsibilities

・Process of foreign remittance (Commercial payment and FX-related payment etc. via SWIFT, FXYCS) and domestic remittance (Zengin)
・Confirm the payment/remittance details, telephone inquiry about remittance, and a/c balance with clients
・Work closely with business groups and internal Operations groups
・Understand market practice/Banking regulatory rule
・Assist business groups for implementation of their new business/product
・Complete investigation of inquiries from domestic/off-shore clients and solve operation problems timely

・College degree
・At least 3-4 years experience of Customer inward / outward ・payments/remittance jobs
・Knowledge of Customer payments
・Reading/writing/Speaking (daily conversation only) English ability
・Fluent Japanese
・Microsoft Excel/Word/Access
・Must be a team player as well as able to work independently with minimal supervision
・Good interpersonal skills
・Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Take initiative and pro-active approach
・Good verbal and written communication skills
・Knowledge of SWIFT (MT103 / 202 etc.)
・Knowledge of Foreign Exchange Low (Desired)
・Knowledge of FXYCS (FX Yen Clearing System) (Desired)
・Knowledge of Zengin payments (Desired)
