Job Description
-Prepare and negotiate master agreements (and any related credit support arrangements) with institutional clients.
-Review and analyze legal documentation to determine capacity and authority to purchase specific issuances or engage in derivative products.
-Develop and maintain client and service provider relationships, co-ordinate with other risk management areas of the division and the firm.
-Support sales and trading as well as confirmation specialists with respect to non-standard transaction documentation (interest rate swaps, credit derivatives, FX, repos, bond options, etc.).
-Review term sheets.
-Assist in the development of policies, procedures and systems.

-クライアントおよびサービス・プロバイダー関係開発および維持、他のリスク・マネジメント分野との調整業務
-基準のない取引文書等に関するセールス＆トレーディングおよび契約確認のスペシャリストのサポート（金利スワップおよびクレジット・デリバティブ、FX、レポ、債券オプション等）
-条件規定書のレビュー
-ポリシーおよび手続き、システム開発のアシスト
Required Skills
-Bachelors Degree.
-3-4 years relevant work experience.
-Excellent Japanese and English communication skills (both oral and written).
-General derivative / bond experience is essential (such as swaps, credit derivatives, FX, repos, bond options, MTNs, etc).
-Experience with ISDA documentation, ISDA confirmation, Repo documentation, MTN documentation is a plus.
-Experience with domestic Japanese language agreements an advantage.
-A law degree is advantageous.
-Good team player.
-Solid quantitative skills and strong interest in business, economics and law.
-Willingness and ability to provide quality service to the Firm’s clients and to promote and enhance our franchise.
-Willingness to work in dynamic trading floor environment.
-Willingness to take on new challenges.
-Proficiency and interest in technology and systems development.
-Organized, detail-oriented and self-sufficient.

-一般的なデリバティブ/債券取り扱い経験必須（スワップおよびクレジット・デリバティブ、FX、レポ、債券オプション、ミディアム・ターム・ノート等）
-ISDA文書およびISDA契約、レポ文書、MTN文書取り扱い経験があればプラス
-日本語での契約経験があれば優遇
-法学部卒優遇
