* Communication with subsidiaries in various countries in English language.
*　Analysis of development requirements in the area of localization of HCM solutions.
* Product definition (specification) with regard to localization.
* Coordination and execution of testing of the developed solutions.
* Ensuring appropriate collaboration and communication internally and externally

WORK EXPERIENCE
* Knowledge of mySAP HCM solutions, ideally Payroll.
* Familiar with business software development life cycle.
* Project experiences and basic programming experiences

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Outstanding university degree or equivalent, preferable in economics (focus human resources) or computer sciences with specialization
in economy.
* Strong analytical skills, effectiveness in problem-solving, results-oriented.
* Ability to write specifications on complex topics in a clear, product oriented manner (give precise and useful input to development).
* Ability to present complex information in a clear and appealing manner.
* Understanding of requirements of global customers.
