As a member of the Japan team, the candidate will be part of a global support team that is responsible for developing objectives, strategies, and tactical plans for supporting the organization. This position will participate in system development and validation activities, assist in defining local business processes, and provide training support.
Specifically, the candidate will be required to use effective technical and project management techniques to provide business support for electronic regulatory submissions and the tools used to create submission ready components, including, but not limited eSubmission System and its integration global electronic document management system.
- Develop current and future business process models or procedures.
- Formulate needs assessment reports, requirements analyses and technical/functional specifications for new and enhanced systems.
- Author relevant validation documentation, including SOP’s.
- Provide support for systems and processes by responding promptly to end-user inquiries and reported problems.
- Retrieve necessary information from or about systems to fulfill end-user requests.
- Seeks solutions by interacting with internal or external experts.
- Propose potential solutions or changes to existing processes or systems using knowledge of new technologies.
- Identifies opportunities for enhancement utilizing prototyping, benchmarking and other proofs of concept.
- Keep current on technology advances in industry.
