· Act as first-line technical contact for Japanese and Asian OEM partners. · Responsible for pre and post sales technical support. · Work with OEM partners to define technical requirements to ensure that our solutions are properly integrated into their products. · Communicate with development team to provide technical responses to questions/issues from OEM partners (or potential OEM partners) · Collect all relevant information (operating system, product version, steps to reproduce etc.) · Translate questions or bug reports from Japanese customers and communicate complete information to OEM support team in head office for investigation.
