We are seeking an experienced QA professional to lead testing of the desktop application products. Successful applicants will have 3 - 5 years experience in testing and deploying desktop applications, including management/lead for QA/developing group. Candidates should have proven project leadership skills and experience, and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously as well as managing remote test teams using structured test plans and processes. Specific Responsibilities include: ・ Create and update QE test plan, test cases and test tools ・ Assign/manage QA task include J-localization woke. ・ Perform black box and automation testing ・ Analyze problems found during testing ・ Use internal bug tracking and test case management system ・ Coach, train and mentor junior team members ・ Collaborate with Engineering, QE teams in US, Canada, China India ・ Verifying development milestones
