Duties and Responsibilities: · Provides resolution of customer quality issues through Corrective Action Requests to internal locations and successfully close issues with customers. · Administers tracking database through prompt entry and closure of customer complaints so as to meet responsiveness goals. · Provides disposition for Return Material Authorization(RMAs)parts relating to quality issues following due review by internal team members. . Prepares and submits customer questionnaires, checklists and any other documents pertaining to quality. · Actively participates in customer DPPM improvement programs through data analysis, parts collections and drive internal teams for improvements.

·Provide on-site support to customers on all products within areas of expertise to achieve sales goals in Japan. ·Provide technical leadership for the account team and is a focal point for the assigned accounts. ·Maintains a cooperative working relationship between all necessary departments to ensure resources are used to satisfy customers and group objectives. ·Manage and coordinate all activities at the customer’s R&D and qualification engineering sites to ensure successful product qualifications. ·Manage and coordinate all activities at the customer’s manufacturing and/or field return sites with respect to quality initiatives and requirements. ·Participate in required product qualification and quality review meetings with customer. ·Provide factory performance and quality data as required by customer. ·On going monitoring of customer line and/or field data. Responsible for developing and driving the necessary actions to ensure best in class performance. ·Lead the FA sample selection process to ensure that representative samples of the top pareto failures are returned to WD for root cause analysis.

- English skills - Level 1 Electrical Construction Managing Engineer (Ikkyu Denki Koji Shiko Kanrigishi),or - Professional Engineer (Gijutsu-shi), a qualification in one of the following technical disciplines: Construction, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Comprehensive Technical Management - ideally exposure to ISO and other compliance issues. more than 5 years experience in electrical industry in a technical position and some sort of technical qualification will also acceptable.
