Permanently based in the Fantastic location of Hokkaido, Hokkaido is known for its cooler summers and and resort living winters and is the known as Japan’s second largest Island. In winter, the high quality of powder snow and numerous mountains make it one of Japan’s most popular regions for snow sports. The snowfall usually commences in earnest in November and ski resorts (such as those at Niseko, Furano and Rusutsu) usually operate between December and April.
As the Assistant Project Manager you key responsibilities will be to assist through -
- The pre-contractual phase
- The construction phase
- The construction completion
Other responsibilities will be to Assist the development team, monitor the design procurement program & support the Project Manager & Director. This dynamic company is looking for a candidate with an Architecture/Design background who is looking to further your Project Management skills.
