JOB SUMMARY: Supervise and participate in the construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repair of the corporation electrical appliances, systems, facilities and related electronic controls and devices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervise and participate in the construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repair of electrical appliances, systems, facilities and related electronic controls and devices by interpreting blueprints, manufacturers’ specifications, written and verbal instructions. Plan and schedule work ensuring proper distribution of assignments and adequate outsourced staffing. Assist in the establishment of preventive maintenance programs for the corporation electrical systems and facilities. Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
