Position Responsibilities and Description · Collections Policy In accordance with GCCFRP, establish, update and revise local collections policy. · Credit Loss Recognition and Non-Accrual Policy In accordance with GCCFRP, establish, update and revise local credit Loss recognition and non-Accrual policy. · Collections Operating Policy/Procedures Manual -Jointly establish, update revise local operating policies relating collections with collection manager. -Ensure the process if it is proper or not. · Collections Strategies -Develop collection champion/challenger strategy. -Develop internal external and external recovery strategy -Develop dialer strategy -Develop other strategies relating collection activities. · Collections Performance Tracking Monitor collections performance based on various daily, monthly MIS. Take immediate actions if the performance was deteriorated. · Asset Sales Analyze and propose Asset Sales effective target to Management. · Reporting -Responsible for Collections Performance, Recovery MIS and Legal Intervened MIS to Risk management. -Responsible for Collection Capacity Plan to Collections. · Technologies  TRIAD  Others - ECS, CACS, Dialer  Parameter Control  System Development -Manage and/or support overall projects relating TRAID. -Manage and/or support error investigations and modifications relating to collections. -Review parameter changes of TRIAD, CACS and Dialer. -Develop the system that the business requires.

Position Responsibilities and Description · Credit Loss Recognition and Non-Accrual Policy -In accordance with GCCFRP, ensure alignment with local credit Loss recognition and non-Accrual policies. · Collection MIS / Reporting -Utilize PC skills to produce documentation and adhoc MIS as required to support ongoing projects and Champion Challenger test programs. -Responsible for collections performance, Recovery, and Legal intervention MIS. -Manage and participate in the preparation of the standards Monthly, daily and weekly MIS decks. · Collections Operating Policy/Procedures Manual -Jointly establish, update revise local operating policies relating to collections with collection manager. · Collections Strategies -Based on MIS work with the Strategy and Collection manager on the development of collection champion/challenger strategy. -Provide and coordinate with collection management on the development of MIS to support the collection strategy. -Involved in the maintenance of assigned systems and the installation of systems moderate size and complexity. · Experience -Has a solid understanding of the credit card d business -Possesses a good understanding of several business functions and the systems that support them. -Provides technical direction within defined area to more junior technical staff. Responsible for the quality and accuracy of own work as well as that of team members. · Technologies  TRIAD  SAS Programming Skill  Parameter Control -Manage and/or support overall projects relating TRAID. -Ability to program and develop reporting from SAS databases. -Manage and/or support error investigations and modifications relating to collections. -Ensure accuracy of reporting and the alignment of MIS with parameter changes of TRIAD, CACS, RMS and Dialer.
