Assessing commercial training needs you will implement commercial training programs that significantly raise the level of product, therapy, sales skills, sales coaching, account management, marketing skills in the commercial organisation. You will also manage regional commercial training administration, analysis reports, training tracking as well as deliver leadership skills training for commercial organizations and provide coaching to the commercial managers to ensure effective implementation of the programs. Finally you will actively be involved in organisational design &amp; development with HR department for commercial businesses to ensure organisational alignment &amp; sales force effectiveness.

We are seeking a individual with a track record of commercial training / leadership training. Educated to degree level you will have the ability to manage multiple, complex projects in a matrix organization.
