Responsible for day-to-day management of the Margin and Collateral processing for the Client Margin function (Prime Brokerage and Cross Netting), covering OTC Derivatives, Fixed Income/Equities, FX and Repo, linked securities and Fixed Income Financing business, cash management with onshore and offshore clients and entities.

- Provide dedicated Margin and Collateral support and client service to Prime Services team (PS team)
- Work closely with Sales and PS team to support the capabilities and effectiveness of LB products and services to the client
- Partnering with PS team to evaluate client needs and provide appropriate advice on functionality and administration of the LB system 
- Provide improved client service and product capabilities for PS team through competitive advantage and intelligence

We are looking for a Senior Manager to 
&amp;middot;Own the relationship for senior Compliance and Finance clients in the region
&amp;middot;manage the “Change the Bank” (CTB) roll out of the global Compliance programme into the Asia region, facilitating the implementation where required,
&amp;middot;manage the “Change the Bank” (CTB) roll out of local Finance projects into Japan, facilitating the implementation where required,
&amp;middot;actively manage the ‘Run The Bank” (RTB) of the Regional applications, ensuring stability, support and lowering cost

Team management
