【Job】1. To manage marketing plan & execution for the products in charge. It should be based on market,competitor,and BSI own analysis. The product management includes; 1)product:customer segmentation & targeting,unique selling point identification,training to sales,communication to potential customers 2)pricing:pricing strategy development based on competitor,cost and other analysis 3)communication:marketing communication plan & execution such as mass marketing web marketing,event & seminar,and any other media 4)channel:channel strategy by each channel(e.g.assessor,web,consultant) 2. Regarding new product launch,to analyze market potential and develop launching plan with quantified data or assumption 3. To focus on maximizing "lead" from new customer through the above plan & execution,supported by marcom(marketing communication)team 4. To demonstrate strong communicate skill with all relevant people including marketing staff,country manager,sales,training,and operation teams 5. To communicate with HQ(UK)effectively in order to persuade team & share status 6. Finally to take in charge of sales/profit from the products in charge and maximize them,together with marketing director
