Continually evaluate the operations of the environment, and assist in the optimization and delivery of server infrastructure improvements. 4. Work with the PMO to define projects and report on the status. 5. Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure the smooth operation of infrastructure supporting production applications. 6. Develop metrics, reports and status on the infrastructure and present it to both management and clients on a periodic basis. Document processes and procedures and maintain operational runbooks. 7. Works under general direction from management.
