CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Customer Service Representative is responsible for the realization of an effectively and efficiently working Business Centre along the guidelines provided in the Regus Policy.

Main task is liaising with clients regarding their service requirements, providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the general upkeep and appearance of the Regus Centre

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Main point of contact for all Customers
- Telephone Handling according to guidelines provided by the Regus Policy and customer requirements
- Deal with post; outgoing mail and faxes for clients
- Providing Secretarial support (messenger services, flights, hotels, mailings,translations etc.)
- Handling Meeting Room reservations
- Order catering from suppliers and delivering to clients
- Up sell Regus Products and Services at all times
- Ensure centre facilities are clean and to Regus standards at all times

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Multilingual (fluent English/Japanese is a must)
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a service related professional environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experienced in working according to set procedures</div>

Main tasks: liaise with clients regarding their meeting and conference room requirements, ensure smooth set-up and running of all meetings and conferences in all Regus centres, maintain the general upkeep and appearance of the Regus Centre

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Main point of contact for all Clients holding meetings or conferences in all Regus centres
- Ensure all Meetings and Conferences are set according to client requirements and to Regus standards, e.g. furniture moving, catering, equipment, VC set-up

- Sell the full range of Regus products  locations, mainly focusing on new Office sales.
- Accurately and efficiently deal with all sales inquiries in a timely manner and report as per sales process.
- Generate sufficient sales leads to achieve targeted revenue by systematically contact (and record) all businesses in the territory to identify and develop potential business.
- Achieve a conversion ratio (e.g. enquiry to deal) of a minimum of 15%.
- Perform Prospect/Client Meetings weekly(proactive or reactive).
- Perform a minimum of Agent meetings weekely and maintain local relations.
- Develop networking and convert 3rd party referrals.
- Manage time efficiently to achieve completion of prioritized tasks.
- Maintains accuracy and timeliness of all information in company databases.
- Supports  cooperates with centre team.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- University degree, in business or related field preferred.
- 3 to 5 years direct field sales experience in B2B environment.
- Preferred experience in services related Industries like rent-a-car, express parcels delivery, company equipment, IT, on a competitive market.
- Ability to close complex deals within a short term sales cycle.
- Networking connections and established contact list within the region.
- Ability to identify prospects’ needs and network at high level.
- Fluent English and Japanese.
- Able to work with CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</div>
