o Maintain sales database for all new splits and split changes
o Monitor and correct any discrepancies in splits and rates to ensure proper A/E pay-out
o Assist Brokerage Services to resolve rate discrepancies that impact sales commissions
o Ensure proper management approval is received for all rate and split requests
o Working in conjunction with Compliance, ensure A/Es have proper broker licensing for different business lines

o Development of rate proposals for new and existing customers
