A leading provider of software systems to the Financial industry seeks a customer-facing engineer to take charge of implementing high-profile projects for top domestic asset managers and global asset managers operating in Japan. You will work closely with our regional offices as well as our other global locations. Responsibilities - Implement, test, upgrade and support proprietary trading system for our institutional client base - Serve as technical lead for implementation of new clients projects from start to finish - Work with vast ranges of client resources including: traders, project managers, business analysts, administrators and IT managers - Run through complete technical architecture of our trading system - Test new implemented/upgraded interfaces and sign off with client - Manage Our Go-live process - Work with sales team on new business demonstrations - Maintain company demonstration kit

- Provide expertise around server support - responsible for technical implementation and day-to-day operation of systems - May participate in projects related to Business as Usual support, execute plans, or provide status to project managers - Adhere to all firm-mandated controls and compliance initiatives - Communication with Global teams - Issue escalation and requests to global Engineering or Deployment team - Monitoring and capacity planning reporting. - Assisting with Maintenance of documents and creation of new processes for process improvement. - Communications with business units via the appropriate channels provided by our client, for maintenance, scheduled outages or outage situations. - Support operating systems, including those hosting in house applications or 3rd party applications - Perform Business as Usual Tasks involving trouble shooting and monitoring - Preparing and maintaining KPI, capacity weekly reports. - Hardware replacement and co-ordination with vendors.

Primary Responsibilities - Responsible for setting up user’s application accounts - Responsible for contacting overseas application account administration teams - Eventually expand responsibility to cover operating system access operations - Responsible for reconciliations of all application user accounts - Responsible for creating monthly list of user accounts for IT Security monthly monitoring report - Ensure all accounts in the actual database should match the number of approved accounts in the request authorization system - Co-ordinating and operating of IT Security access control procedures in accordance with the global security and local regulation requirements - Investigation and report of any security incidents mainly on access control to management and following-up of detected security exceptions and containment - Communicating with users and IT staff for any troubleshoot on the accounts being created - Responsible for changing passwords once retrieved by IT staff in the Firecall system - Maintaining account audit logs for internal / external inspections - Making monthly user/system accounts reports to management - Solving and consulting with users for daily access control operational tasks / questions - Participating in daily user account access control tasks such as business applications/OS user administration, Windows shared directories, etc - Take a leading role in cleaning up and periodic access review projects

Responsibilities: - Lead the Development Team members (mainly consisting of programmers of cooperating companies) as the development leader so that high quality games are developed according to schedule. -Be responsible for one or more titles from the early stage to the end of the development, and further to the localization and release of additional contents. - Technically support the Development Team -----Analyze risks associated with the development -----Create and implement countermeasures -----Develop the delivery process -----Inspect and review the deliverables -----Be be involved in “the coding of modules” and “debugging” You will conduct the above activities mutually cooperating with other leads (art, sound, design, localize, user research, etc.) for the successful development of games.
